Re: Headless app permission

How long is it taking for the long-running permissions request to get a reply?

Is there anything in the Jam Zone that shows one's request status?

Re: Headless app permission

Nothing tells you where it is in the process no, BlackBerry are aiming for 1 to 2 weeks for a response time.

Re: Headless app permission

Is there an "official" way to ask for a status update?

My request has been several weeks now as well.

I don't mind waiting, but zero feedback is harder to handle.

Thx,

Re: Headless app permission

Just through the email channels or twitter.

In all honesty though it's not going to get any better as many go on holiday over the next week or so.

Enjoy the holidays and if you haven't got anything back early in the New Year let me know and I'll see what I can do to get a status report.

I'm still waiting for mine as well but I'll doubt I'll be doing much programming over the next couple of weeks so I'm happy to wait.

Re: Headless app permission

Your app L-Call is pending VP approval (should happen this week). Once you have that, I will add the nostop permission to your signing account.
