How to Change Application Icon?

Hi,

I have a problem about changing icon on bb10 native application. I develop native app on C/C++ QNX Momentics. Under the project folder there is an icon.png default. I want to change that icon with my new icon. I deleted it and then paste my new icon and rename it icon.png like before. But after i debug and run on simulator, i couldn't see my new icon. Default icon(seems question mark) doesn't change. I deploy bar file to bb10 device to test it and it didn't change too. Is there different way to change applicaiton icon?

thanks...

Re: How to Change Application Icon?

when you deleted the old icon.png, it would have been dropped from the bar-descriptor file.

make sure you still see something like this in your bar-descriptor.xml

    <!-- The icon for the application, which should be 86x86. -->
    <icon>
        <image>icon.png</image>
    </icon>

or open the bar-descriptor.xml file in the gui and switch to the "application" tab.  look for the "Icon:" stuff on the right-hand side of the screen.
