How to Report Bugs in the NDK or Native APIs

[ Edited ]

If you have found a bug you can send it to the RIM development team by logging it in Issue Tracker.  To do so select Tools -> BlackBerry® Native SDK for Tablet OS v1.0 or v2.0 for issues with the IDE or BlackBerry® Tablet OS -> BlackBerry® Tablet OS v1.0.7 or v2.0.0 for issues with an API.

This will allow you to track the progress of the issue and be aware when it has been fixed.

If you are unsure whether the behaviour you are seeing is a bug, you can post it here in the forums for feedback.

Re: How to Report Bugs in the NDK or Native APIs

Thanks Mark. I just read this notice after filing a forum post here to see if anyone else is experiencing the same kind of issue I have with the IDE. Depending on the response (or lack thereof) I will file the issue in the tracker more formally...

Mark,

When you select "BlackBerry Tablet OS" project there is no "BlackBerry® Native SDK for Tablet OS" component...

Sorry, that is under the Tools project.  I've updated my post above.
