Purpose: Using cascade as UI, and OpenGL as context.
Problem: The GL error comes out whenever build a project.
Question: How to use Cascade and OpenGL in the same project?
Error line is at below in bbutill.c
#error bbutil must be compiled with either USING_GL11 or USING_GL20 flags

Decide what version you are going to use and define either USING_GL11 or USIN_FL20 with either -D compiler directive if you are using makefile project or in project settings if you are using managed project.
