This is the error I get...

I checked the the directory and the original icon is installed. I don't understand how I got this error. I loaded the same build dozens of times and never bothered messing with the icon yet. It's still listed icon.png under the the main folder on the left pane. I open icon.png and its the original ? in the box icon. I don't think anything was changed.
