Launching URL in Playbook Browser

Gotta say, this whole Playbook offer is a fascinating move by RIM. Really seems to have captured some interest. It's certainly gotten me working on my app which I've been a bit lax at looking at for a while! Also forced me to pick up cocos2d-x from my todo list as my android app used native code for graphics, so thanks for the kick I needed :smileywink:

Anyway, one issue I've hit upon so far may stem from my lack of understanding of the Playbook as a device. Is there a way (and is it an accepted workflow) to launch the Playbook's browser from a native SDK application? So if I want a link out to my dev blog / facebook page / G+ page / whatever from in app I should just be able to call some URL launching function. If it's in the docs I apologise but I've been looking through and can't see any obvious reference to this type of action.

You absolute legend. I swear I've been back and forth over the sites approaching from all angles and I somehow missed the API reference link at the top - I don't think it's mentioned anywhere in the getting started guides for example!
