Momentics help system

Whenever I choose Help > Help Contents I get a blank window which never completes:

If I choose Help > Search and type a search term, I get a list of results from "Local Help" but clicking on any of the items results in another blank window. The Contents and Index links in the Help panel work, but any actual content is always blank.

Do you have any firewall or VPN software installed on your computer that could be blocking the connection?  If so, please try to temporarily disable it and try to bring up the help again.

Nope. Firewall is in the router, and Windows firewall is turned off, so it shouldn't matter for localhost.

Are you able to open the URL in the screenshot in a browser while the IDE is running?
