NDK 2.0 Delete Fails In Project Explorer

Whenever I try to delete anything in the Project Explorer Window in NDK 2.0 (My OS is Kubuntu 11.10) nothing is deleted and I get the following error:

 

 

"Unhandled event loop exception
java.lang.NullPointerException"

 

Is there a work around?
