Re: Payment Service Help required

I think you should contact RIM directly about this issue. BTW, what game enging are you using for your game?

Thanks!

Thank you!

Re: Payment Service Help required

Hi there,

The forums are the right place :smileyhappy:

Did you happen to upload a new version of your app?

How was the app installed to your device?

Are you testing with a Dev Alpha or PlayBook?

Is the BBID you are using in the Vendor Sandbox?

Re: Payment Service Help required

Hi

please see my answers to your questions.

Did you happen to upload a new version of your app?

My application is in draft state, I did upload a new build/version of my application and then in app purchases stoped working. I was thinking that it might be some certificate issue, I added a new application in vendor portal, added all virtual goods and added a release bundle there but still issue is there.

How was the app installed to your device?

  1. On the home screen of the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet, tap the BlackBerry App World icon.
  2. Swipe your finger from the bottom left corner of the screen toward the center of the screen to display the keyboard.
  3. Type tst. Tap Return.
  4. Open the browser on the tablet.
  5. In the address bar, type the location of the application that you want to test (for example, you can type http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/xxxxx, where xxxxx is the ID of the application).
  6. On the Details screen for your application, click Purchase.
  7. Complete the instructions on the screen to download the application.

Are you testing with a Dev Alpha or PlayBook?

I am testing on blackberry playbook.

Is the BBID you are using in the Vendor Sandbox?

Yeah BBID is there in vendor Sandbox.

Regards

Ahsan

Re: Payment Service Help required

Thanks for the reply Ahsan,

I have just been notified that the Sandbox payment server is currently down which is causing these issues. I will post back to this board as soon as I hear it is resolved.
