Playbook died!


I received my PB as a developer device from RIM in Casual Game Asia conference this year in Singapore. A few days ago it automatically shut down and I have tried all the ways I can find on the internet. But it stilll can't reboot again. In this case where I can look for help? Should I contact local RIM customer support for help? Thanks.
