With the OS 4.X on different BlackBerry devices, I can choose phone numbers on web pages and can dial this numbers like a hyperlink.
Using a new OS, like 5.X, 6.X or 7.X the feature to call the numbers like a hyperlink is gone.
At the moment we use for our CRM a web site and all sales and service staff can use the BlackBerry no longer to call directly a number from the side.
All they can do now is to copy the number of the site and paste for calling.
The problem is not our web site, the problem to call a number directly from a web site is on all web sites.
I hope there is a solution for my problem.
