QML Internals

Hi,

Is there any repository to check the exisiting QML components present in the api?

This would most certainly help to know more about the exisitng components and would also help in their customization and selection before bringing to actual use.

Also, i couldn't find a local way of setting up the API, but i'm sure it would have come along with the SDK.

Can someone please share its path too?

Re: QML Internals

Hi,

What is available on the documentation pages is available in the API:

https://developer.blackberry.com/native/beta/documentation/

Re: QML Internals

Neither of my 2 queries are adreessed by the link:

1.where is the QML for the components that are included in the API?

2. Also, there is no download link to the API for accessing it from local system.

Re: QML Internals

I had misunderstood your concerns -

1.  Short answer is no - but there should be a direct correlation between available C++ components and what is available in QML; Assuming you have looked at the cookbook sample, it provides a good overview of UI components available for your application.

2. Unfortunately only the current online API is available. There is a feature request for this, however, and I would recommend you place your vote for it here: https://www.blackberry.com/jira/browse/BBTEN-131

Cheers,

Martin
