QNX IDE ,C,C++ & Box2D

Hi,

I am trying to move from AIR to NDK . I am able to set up QNX momentics IDE and run examples on the tablet but I get lost when trying to integrate Blackberry Box2D into a new C++ projects. I can see that examples are plain C but Box2D is C++ so I can not use HelloWorld example as template. Am I missing something here?

Regards

Hi,

You can use the "New BlackBerry Tablet OS C/C++ Project" wizard to create a C++ project. It won't generate any boilerplate code, but it will be tooled for C++ language. Just choose the "C++" radio button in the wizard.

Re: QNX IDE ,C,C++ & Box2D

Take a look at a demo called BelligerentBlocks on the github. It is a C++ project that makes use of our Box2D port.

Pay special attention to Project Properties->C/C++ Build->Settings tab and let me know if you run into problems.
