These are exacly why I went to building on Ubuntu. That and that the "git" client for windows is no where as easy to use as on Unbuntu.

If you just take the precompiled libs provided by bryanh99, and overwrite the libs found in the bb QtSDK (4.8.0 folder) and give the folder the same name(4.8.0), everything should work perfect....
Is this what your trying and its not working?
I would avoid building anything on windoze and just use the libs provided by bryanh99...

I've recently removed the old sdk.... I'll have to reinstall it again....
I wanted to build Qt on my own for once anyway.
BTW. Have you used the latest Qt creator with these new libraries?

Either this way or
Use this qmake http://www.mediafire.com/?e4n85kp36u14y8c + libs from bryanh99 and make the path in this order "C:\Users\sf\Desktop\qt\=all contents from bryanh99 here + bin archive from mediafire="
QtCreator recognises and works well. It's a bit hardcoded path but it works.
Digia/Nokia must provide precompiled qnx libs for win,mac and linux at their site
