Re: Qt Creator, issue with fonts?

Congratulations!

Are you getting any sleep? :smileywink:

Whats complaining? The sim or your pb? If the libs are compiled for the pb they wont run on the Qt sim, it runs on GCC.

To include 3rd party libs for the pb you have to add them in the pro file so they are are packaged with the rest, and you may have to set up an env variable in the descriptor xml too.

I am not sure if you have looked at the docs or not so here they are:

http://doc.qt.nokia.com/qtcreator-2.2/creator-project-qmake-libraries.html

Perhaps this will help too:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8271829/porting-qwt-library-to-playbook

Good luck!

Jon

Re: Qt Creator, issue with fonts?

Thanks guys, and yea so far he is sleeping like a champ... Haha

And I don't think I am actually having a problem, it's just that the qt creator doesn't like when you start writing code outside of its comfort zone..  I can, and have basically used the qtcreator for the guidelines work then just drop back to an editor to do the rest of the playbook code(hope this makes sense)...

But yea, thanks to you guys I am off and running...

Hopefully in the coming weeks/months this process will be easier for future developers....
