Well, the Cascades UI framework is based on Qt, so because of this, Qt will be included in the BB10 NDKs. The official IDE is still Momentics though, so if you want ot use QtCreator, you have to compile that yourself.

For the Playbook NDKs, Qt is not included, as Qt is not present as a library on the device.

The old Qt bb SDK's on github still work perfect for playbook and BB10, you just need to update the Qt libs that come with them.

I dont have any official word, but a bit of an inside scoop that KDAB will be releasing some updated tools very soon, as Qt5 gets rolled out. Right now I think KDAB is focusing most of their resources on the Qt5 roll out. I am confident that I will never have to use momentics for Qt development!
