I'm developing an app using the C/C++ NDK. I have successfully coded the playback of an MP3 file. Eventually, this app should also record sound received through the microphone. I have found Java and Javascript examples of how to do this, but I see nothing in the tutorials, examples, or even in the headers that indicate how to do this in C.

Has anyone done this? Any help would be most appreciated.

Yes, there is already an audio recorder, but I want my application to process incoming microphone input.

Hi,

I was wondering if there is an audio input for the video camera app. And if not is there a way to make a program for it. I have a tascam recorder I would like output too my blackberry 9360. I'm a beginner in Videography and would like to build a light weight shoulder mount rig with my blackberry and tascam recorder. Kind of on a budget, that being the reason of doing this.
