I oredered a reward on 27th july.....and got a mail that another mail regarding shipment will be send...and it wud take 3-4 business days.
But still i havent recieved any mail.
I mailed the reward programme id regarding this thing but no reply from there till now.

OK, just for your information, this PlayBook section of the forum is not the place to inquire about your developer-related or BB Jam stuff. This is for general PlayBook support questions.
You need to inquire with those who supported the BBJam rewards program or whatever you attended. They will know.
This section is for device support. Let's get this thread moved to the developer section. No need to repost it.

Since there was no reply from rewards enquiry, so i posted this on general support.
But luckily i recieved a message concerning this post and the problem was resolved.

just send an email to jamzonesupport@rim.com
and if they do not respond.......
then send a private message to an administrator regarding this
this is what i did and in 2 days i heard from both and within 2 weeks i recieved my bag.
