Save a Container into the SD Card

Hello Folks, my idea is to take an image, put on some captions over it and save it to the sdcard, I have read about using QImage in order to be able to save it, but I need to save something like a container with an ImageView and a TextArea inside it, into a single photo on the sdcard. Any help is appreciated

Re: Save a Container into the SD Card

Are you looking to load it back into your app or just save as a picture?

If yes, save as XML.

If no then save as a screenshot or if you want only the area itself then you will need to use the QImage and other QT image manipulation classes in order to combine in to one image then save.

Re: Save a Container into the SD Card

Thanks for your reply...

Now my question is could I save it as a screenshot without needing BB 10.2?

Re: Save a Container into the SD Card

This API only became (becomes?)  :smileyhappy: available in 10.2.
