Is the signing portal down. I have been having troubles the last couple of days.
Error: Unable to sign bar: Server is not responding.
Please make sure your proxy settings are correct, if applicable. Supply the following options to barsigner:
-proxyhost <host> - proxy host
-proxyport <port> - port number for connecting to the proxy host
-proxyusername <username> - username for the proxy host (optional)
-proxypassword <password> - password for the proxy host (optional)

I switched to a new router lately but I don't think that is the issue as I am not have any other internet problems. The message I think is a little missleading as I don't think it has anything to do with my internet router settings.

Hi, are you still seeing issues with the signing servers? We have confirmed internally that the signing servers work now as expected.

I've been havinf the same issue since yestarday... I was able to successfully sign my app on Wednesday February 26 however, I made some updates and was unable to resign it. The issue started yesterday February 27. I got the following error message: General Failure. Please try again. Server may be unavailable. Currently getting the same eror, tested just few minutes ago.
Now i'm unable to provide my client with a test version of the application, very unproductive!!

We are experiencing some connectivity issues which is affecting signing for developers in some locations. Our network team is looking into the issue. If you are experiencing this issue please send me your IP address and physical location via private message.

Yes, the issue seems to be location-based. When I'm in Vaughan (Ontario, Canada) - I'm able to sign/create tokens without an issue (confirmed yesterday and today). When I'm in Milton (Ontario, Canada) - the issue occurs. I did not have a chance to confirm today yet - but this was the case since 2 days ago. I will confirm Milton connectivity when I'm back home in the evening.
