Upgrade to 10.0.9.388

I've upgraded my BB10 AlphaDevice to 10.0.9.388 following these instructions https://developer.blackberry.com/blackberry10devalphas/update

and now I have only Browser icon on the screen and that is it. It's ok but I'd like to be able to turn on Developer's mode but when I touch 'Settings' nothing happens. How do I turn Developer's mode now?

Thanks.

Re: Upgrade to 10.0.9.388

That's what happened to me when I did a Security Wipe after it was successfully upgraded to 10.0.9 by the porting lounge guys at the Jam. I don't have a solution, but the guys at the porting lounge were able to re-flash mine (a third time actually) and after that it was back to having the larger set of apps available, including Settings.

Re: Upgrade to 10.0.9.388

Hmm... yes, I had to perform security flash and I'll tell you why. My password for the device was just two letters. New version accepts minimum 4 symbols as a password so I did not see any workaround except entering wrong password 10 times.

And I don't have porting lounge anywhere near here... -(

Can somebodly please advice?

Re: Upgrade to 10.0.9.388

RIM, please advise. I don't want to throw my DevAlpha in the garbage.  AppWorld notified me that my App that was working at 10.0.6 does not work on 10.0.9 and I can't troubleshoot -(((.

Thanks.
