What is the right way to use the mount() function?

Hi!

I'm trying to use the mount() function found on bdsc.webapps.blackberry.com/native/reference/com.qnx.doc.neutrino.lib_ref/topic/m/mount.html.

I'm either having the wrong expectations from this function or I guess I'm using the wrong syntax.

I'm trying to get a mount of a network share on my playbook.

For testing purposes I've set up a network share on my Windows 7 pc and created an AIR Native Extension following this tutorial.

Does anyone know if I'm even looking the right way?

You cannot mount new filesystems without root permissions.

Thanks for your reply, saves me trying something that won't work anyway.

This likely shouldn't appear in developer docs for BB10, however filtering through thousands of pages of QNX docs takes time I guess :smileyhappy:
