I am not a developer... can somebody list good free IDE's that allows you to build nice UI (except QT Builder) working with C/C++?

Any specific platform? Or are you looking for IDE that would work for BB GUI development using Qt?

No QT. For applications to be run on Linux and Windows.

Momentics ide is a big joke.
Qt sdk is for the moment another bad joke,
As a developper, i want a tablet manufacturer to provide tools that just work on windows. We cannot focus on coding as nothing is smooth, and when we decide to forge ourself our tools because no other one work well enough, there is in fact not a single reference location and organisation to help us.

I have honestly never seen an IDE as slow as Momentics.  I feel like I'm compiling on a Commodore Pet. 

Debugging is where you learn patience is a virtue...worst debugger I've ever seen!  I had faster results debugging direct to hardware on the palm than I get out of the simulator with this piece of junk.
