bluetooth disconnect

Hey folks,

Is there a propper way to check for bluetooth connection status?

An example is if you're controlling a device and someone yanks the power on that device.  While controlling it it's obvious as it will stop resonponding but is there a propper way to do it?  Some event to catch?  What if you've connected via SPP profile but the app is sitting idle when the remote bluetooth disconnects, is there a propper function to use to poll to see if the connection is still active?

Please use plain text.

Re: bluetooth disconnect

Hi

yes, when you call bt_device_init you provide a callback function which receives a whole range of event types including one that indicates disconnection. See
