Replacement procedure is outside of the scope of my knowledge.
Perhaps MSohm can point you to the proper channels.

Thanks Smcveigh,so professional replay.
Where's the log file of the camera service? Is it possible accessed by app?
My next app ,named "camera checker", comes out of my mind.
Send from my PlayBook.

i also find that,
the lock screen function is also not launched while i press the lock button.

No, lock-screen is separate. You have to hold the power button for about 3 seconds for the power menu to come up.

I pop up the lock menu by click the battery icon in the top system menu bar .
the screen becomes black while I click the "lock button".
but no password is needed ,when i click the screen again. the screen becomes bright ,then enter the system directly.
that means , the password protect does not work ??.
