sandbox path using 'getpwd'?

[This post migrated from Tablet OS for AIR forum]

I recall a post about using getpwd() instead of $HOME to determine sandbox path. I can't find that post or anything about 'getpwd'. I must have remembered slightly the wrong thing?

Re: sandbox path using 'getpwd'?

You're probably mixing up the shell command "pwd" with getcwd() which should work for you. This should return the location of the app's sandbox folder, as in the parent folder of app/ and data/ and shared/ and such.
