You looking for this: Backup & Restore?

All that really matters is that you have a current debug token on the device, and that the author name and ID in your bar-descriptor.xml match the debug token. The IDE will complain about a debug token, but you can run anyway.
If you want to get rid of the annoying messages, you can just copy the debug token to the other machine, connect your device, then bring up the device properties in the IDE (Right-click on device in project explorer -> properties -> BlackBerry Target -> Debug Token details). Then click import and find your debug token .bar file. For convenience, I just keep my debug token in dropbox, so when I renew it it's automatically up-to-date on all computers.

Thanks.
Follow instruction Backup & Restore, I could restore developer certificate on another PC. Also I copied the debugtoken.bar to another PC and imported.
When z10 is connected in new PC, it is can be automatically discovered in debug target setting. But connection failed. Right click the IP address in Project Explore and click Menu Blackberry Tools/Connect. Connection always failed. The same device works on the original PC.

Another thread mentions having issues with z10 drivers, not sure if this is your issue though.
