Applikation NET_RIM_BB_PHONE_APP(45)

Hello,

 

yesterday I installed 6 Blackberry8800 with the current version.

 

In this morning 2 of the 6 devices don`t work yet. This 2 devices are Standing on "Applikation NET_RIM_BB_PHONE_APP(45)". I can`t find the reason. If I choose "OK" the device restart and gos to the same error.

 

I hope someone here knows this problem and how to solve it...

Backup device data and use the wipe function (Options -> Security Options -> General Settings -> click Menu and select Wipe Handheld). If doing doesn't resolve the issue the reinstall the device OS.

Hi, thanks for answer.

 

The Devices are fresh installed. I`ve wiped and installed new and in the next morning the error occured...

 

Any other ideas?
