Device has worked perfectly for a year then Friday I let my daughter use the phone to make a call. She handed it back to me and said it won't hang up and sure enough her call was connected but the phone was seemingly locked up. I pulled the battery and let it reset.
Now the OP L DEL and Enter keys along the right side do not function at all. I can't type my password in because it starts with L so decided to type my password in wrong 10 times and let it wipe but now it wants me to type blackberry. Can't because the L doesn't work.
Help.
