Hello,

I've just got my BB and I love it. However my bluetooth isn't working! I can send anything but I cannot recieve anything! I've done everything possible that I have already read on forum's, my phone just wont work! Everyone else that has this phone also has exactly the same problem as me....if anyone can help cos im pulling my hair out!!! Thanks,

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

Since you don't state what you have already tried, there's no way for me to know if what I'm about to suggest is redundant. So be it...see this KB:

• KB05409 Transfer a file using Bluetooth technology between two BlackBerry smartphones

Substitute, in the KB section concerning the sending device, whatever the appropriate instructions are for your other device. Do not skip over the "Receive Using BT" command on the receiving BB...the file transfer will never work if you skip that step.

Now, if with your having already tried "everything possible", you have already tried this,  then please reply back with an exhaustive list of what you have already tried so that we don't again waste your time with yet another redundant suggestion.

Hi I also had this problem but I've managed It now so see if this helps. Once you have regonised the other Device come out of the bluetooth and Go to your media.scroll to what Your about to receive egicture, music. Press the menu and select receive using Bluetooth. Hope that does it. Good luck

I have had the same promble What you have to do is what ever the other person sends you ie picture you go to your media app press picture press for options then press recive from bluethooth.

so first pair with phone then go to media,click whatever it is,options,recive from bluetooth

Please expand on your description...step by step, please, of what you do and exactly what you see happening. From your description, it is not possible to properly envision what your situation is.

Also, be more explicit please...as in, "wireless" -- what, exactly, is that? Mobile Data Network? WiFi? Something else?

when i try connect to bluetooth it will look like it's connecting and then it wont........same things happens  with the wifi

Hmmm..."step by step" and "explicit" are what I requested...that's not quite reaching that level. For instance, what I highlighted...I have no way to understand, from those words, exactly what you are seeing. Please remember that I cannot see what you see, and I prefer to not guess...therefore, I need you to be very explicit about exactly what you do and exactly what you see.

i'll goto manage connections and click them so they can come on and they wont connect
