I have had the phone for about 2 months now.  It recently started making a static noise and cutting off on me.  It doesn't matter what I am doing with it at the time.  It will do it whether I am on the phone or not. It then goes straight to a solid white screen where it won't let me do anything.  The battery will not be dead either. I take the battery out and then put it back in and it goes through all the phases of restarting it until the last stage and then it goes straight back to the white screen.  I figured out if I plug it into the charger or the computer it will not go back to the white screen when restarted though.  It works for a little while and then freezes back up.  PLEASE HELP!

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!

If you have:

1) Added no 3rd party apps since long before this started

2) Updated to the most recent OS from your carrier for your device

3) Made 100% certain that all of your 3rd party apps are 100% compatible with your device/OS level

then I'd take it in for warranty evaluation.

Thanks for the reply.  I have not had any 3rd party apps.  I have tried resetting it and they are giving me the run around about the warranty on the phone.  How do u update the OS on it?
