I would like to know if the BB9981 has BIS/BES ??

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Technically, no BB "has BIS/BES".

BIS and BES are service levels that you subscribe to from your mobile service provider. Subscribing enables the services you pay for to function on your BB. Services are all delivered to BBs from the mobile service providers, and you must pay them for the services you desire to have functioning on your BB.

I would like to have information about BB9720 , you dont have the device on your website but i can see it on sale on the stores, and over the internet.....
