Blackberry 8520

HI, i recently took in my phone for repairs and the updated my phone deleteing everything i had luckily i had a back-up and backed up the things i needed most then i reset my phone now all it does is start-up and when the bar is full is stays like that it does not load the hoe screen, HELP!!

Two suggestions...

 

1) Take it back to where you took it for repairs...it should not function like this fresh out of the shop.
