I recently downloaded (from the Tmobile upgrade site) the latest Blackberry desktop and device software.  Version  of the desktop software is  v4.2.1.107.  The day before, I had problems with Outlook 2000 and had to delete / re-install the program.  When  I tried to synch my desktop to my device, I got the Intellisync dialog box that said "No applications configured for synchronization".  So, I tried to configure the sync, when I clicked on setup, the only 2 options are Outlook Express and ASCII Importer/ and NONE.  I use Outlook, how do I enable the device to see Outlook or conversely, add it to the distractor list?

The Desktop Manager stopped being compatible with Outlook 2000 starting with Desktop Manager 4.3. The latest version that supports Outlook 2000 is version 4.2 Service Pack 2. If they have that on the tmobile site, download and install that and you'll be fine.
