I have a Blackberry 8830 World Editiion Smart Phone. I need to reinstall the software and would like to get the latest version. When I get to "Select a Device" I see the 8820 but not 8830. I selected the 8820 software and installed it. Now when I use the device I can highlight all of the applications but not select any. The telephone still works but I can' access anything else.

Is this a coincidence or did I mess up by using the 8820 software?  If so, how do I get the 8830 software?

The 8820 software will not work on the 8830. If you want the latest verison of the 8830 software you can get it HERE.

That software is actually for the 8330, not the 8830.

Squier you may want to verify the correct model before you install it.
