Blackberry MIC not functioning correctly

Hey

 

Bit of an odd one this. We have a user in which when his blackberry is connected to his hands free kit works with no issues as in person on other end of call can hear them with no problems. When they disconnect hands free and use blackberry as normal manually, the mic seems extremely quiet. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I've encountered similar issue with one 8700g device. This is an hardware issue and requires device replacement.
