You can't only have backup of password managers content rather you'll have to back up all of your device content.
Follow the below steps for Backing up BlackBerry device -
1. Connect your device using USB cable
2. Click on Backup and Restore
3. Click on Backup button
4. Select the location where you want to keep the backup data
5. Click Ok to proceed
Note: I've described processes according to desktop manager 4.5. You can download it from here.
While restoring these data back to your device you can transfer password managers data.

See my review of various datasafes. PM is not a great solution. Like JS said Ascendo is a great choice. You want one with a desktop component that syncs to your BB. I have been using Ascendo for years and really like it. Another thing it does is it provides desktop client with Backup/Restore and Export to CSV

Is there something similar to Ascendo that offers a Mac desktop client? Ascendo is Windows only.
