Things like the Facebook app, Windows live messenger, Google maps don't work. They reckon I need a data plan? I can use the internet over my phone connection, I can use the default browser and that's as far as my net goes.
Also, a media player I got won't play anything because it reckons my IT policy won't let me. As far as I know, I don't have an IT policy. It's my own personal BB which I bought second hand.
Anything I can do to solve this?
My brother also has a BB which seems to have the same problem.

As far as I know, I don't have an IT policy at all. None seems to be listed and I've already cleared it using JL_Cmder's "resettofactory"
I am on AT&T. Please edit your Personal Profile with your DEVICE TYPE, DEVICE OS and Carrier

In addition to the questions above ^^
Do you have the BlackBerry Data Plan on your carrier account? You must have that for those applications.

No I don't have a BB data plan, just a Telstra SIM with the 1c txt plan. Looks like I know what I'm doing next time I go into town.
So what do I need to ask Telstra for exactly?
