My Device: Headset HS-700

Driver for Headset HS-700 + Windows 7

I'm trying to pair my HS-700 headset with my MacBook Air running Windows 7 on Bootcamp.

 

I went to Control Panel => Devices and Printers and selected "Add a Device." I put the headset in pairing mode andmy computer saw it. I selected the headset and the computer began to insteall it. Then I got a popup with the following error (hopefully you'll be able to see these images):

I clicked the "click to download" link and got taken to this page:

I downloaded the software and began to install it. However, the software got hung up at this point:

I turned the headset off and on, put it back into pairing mode, and repeated a couple of times, but nothing happened. The install stayed stuck at that point.

 

My computer says the headset is installed:

But I can't seem to use it. When I go to "Device Properties," my computer says the drivers aren't installed:

I can't find a driver on the Blackberry site anywhere, or by Googling.

 

The headset works fine with my phone (HTC Panache). And the Bluetooth on my Air works fine with other devices (e.g. mouse).

 

Can anyone help?
