Error backing up database - Phone Options

I am backing up my BB via a USB connection.  Through the Advanced tab, I was able to figure out the Phone Options database is causing the error message "Error backing up database(s)".

 

I am using Windows Vista Business Edition SP1, USB connection, Outlook 2007, Desktop Manager v4.6.  I have wireless synchronization turned off for everything except e-mail.

You have a corrupt record.

 

Clear the Phone Options Database. For instructions, see  KB10167
