Hi All,

One of our users when try to enter a page address or try to search for a web site and get the below message:

HTTP error 400: Bad request

The server could not understand the page request or was unable to process it for some reason. Please try loading a different page.

Please advice how can this problem be sorted out.. I have tried to resend servicebook but that didn't work.

Does she subscribed BlackBerry Data plan?

Having Internet plan will not let her access web vis BlackBerry device.
