Fatal error in updating handheld software application

Hi there! I got a sema problem on my Blackberry 7230 and also i decided to upgrade because i cant make any phonecals:smileysad: and i also can`t upgrade the soft! after showing :"retriving device service configuration" it shows me an Fatal Error has occured while updating your device`s software. Please try again. and it makes me crazy! Can anyone help me? please!

I don't know what a "sema" is.

 

And your posting about a 7230 device in this 9000 section.
