I am troubled with battery issues and poor understanding of so called Blackberry expert service centres

Dear Manager,

 

The earlier problem has addressed but now battery is being discharged very quickly and it is bigger problem during night when it is almost dead during morning hours.

 

Last time when you invited me to service center over the battery issue and suggested that Blackberry is working fine but Battery is weak and need to be replaced. You were not having the battery due to stock out.

 

Finally yesterday invested in new battery but problem is still persisting exactly same way. It was Fully charged by 12 midnight and completely discharged by morning.

 

It is taking more time in charging and less in discharging !!!! Suggest now what should I do !! Earliest help would be appreciated.

 

Note :

 

I don’t know if it is due to some software issues or some wrong connection during repair as it is getting hot post re-charge, however it was having a long back up before handing over the set for repairing.

 

Please do suggest on the way forward asap. I am also losing confidence on Blackberry and your service capabilities !!! Unfortunately not having so much time to visit service station so regularly.

pbhatt, This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not BlackBerry employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. BlackBerry personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the message upon registration.

 

What is your Operating System loaded to your device? Look at Options > Device > About, third line down beginning with a "v.6.0.x.xxx", What is yours?

 

You might benefit from running the Application Resource Monitor on your 9380 to investigate and shut down the battery draining app(s).
