IT Policies on 8703e

I am in desperate need of assistance with IT Policies on an 8703e. Purchased a used one and cannot remove device passwords or access web browser due to policies. I have no way of contacting the administrators and need to remove policies!!!

See the RIM Knowledge Base article here for information on how to remove an IT Policy. See the Method Three in the link:
