OS 3.7 (BlackBerry 7230) - How to remove IT policy?

Hello!

I tried to remove IT policy from a BlackBerry 7230 (OS 3.7) with this method, but it didn't work, nothing happened:

I tried it with Desktop Software 6.1 and Desktop Manager 4.6, too.

Any idea?

Thanks!

Re: OS 3.7 (BlackBerry 7230) - How to remove IT policy?

Hello lezerpiramis

Sorry to hear about your issue.

In order to remove the IT policy from your BlackBerry® smartphone you will need to do a reset to factory as shown in this article:

KB18998

How to reset the BlackBerry smartphone to factory defaults

***NOTE*** All data including 3rd party applications will deleted from your BlackBerry after doing the above procedure.

Hope this helps. Have a good day.
