Brought Blackberry 8830 world-edition, using GSM Sims card, do all proper setting allow mass-storage mode as ON. But PC unable to detect the Micro SD card. Pls help. Device able to detect the SD.
Have been using BB 8320, and know how to do the setting allow mass-storage mode in BB
Are you still experiencing the issue with mass storage and connecting to a computer?
One test you can try is change "Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected" to prompt and connect your device to the PC. Do you get any message on your device?
Have you tried connecting to another computer? Tried another USB cord? Tried another USB port on the PC?
