Password keeper after reactivated "Enterprise Activation"

My IT guy reactivated the Enterprise Activation on my Blackberry.  When I tried to open Password Keeper with my password, it switched to a new dialog box that says "a password entry created on 11/9/2008 is protected by an old password.  Please enter the old password to convert the entry".

I can't believe this is happening!!!  I rely heavily on this program daily to remember my 60 or so login id's and passwords...and now, even when I use the correct unlock password, it is asking for another password that I cannot recall.  I have tried every password I can think of and nothing works.  No IT people have ever seen this nor know what to do.

Is this an impossible situation?  Can anyone tell me how to get me user id's and passwords back?  Thanks.

Re: Password keeper after reactivated "Enterprise Activation"

I am having the exact same problem, and it started after an Enterprise activation.

I hope a resolution gets posted.

Re: Password keeper after reactivated "Enterprise Activation"

Hi,

Have you tried entering the same password at the old password prompt?
