My 8830 Global Phone is one year old and has worked perfectly. I removed battery and reinserted and phone will not reset and open. The battery is charged, phone is on and red message light (upper right corner) continues to blink 3-4 times each interval. Any suggestions, Sprint kiosk was not helpful. Thank you!
