Have to say that after the initial excitement with my updated Playbook two months ago when I bought it, now I'm quite disappointed with it.

Its has a lot of bugs: keyboard problems, multiple account email problems, lot of problems with the browser, several app crash, generally its more slow than ever... Well I'm pretty sure that you all know these problems and I guess that you decided to abandon any intention to correct them, by putting all your present efforts on the release of BB10.

But by that time, most of us (yeah, the guys that trusted you would provided us a constantly updated and quality product: BB OS 2.0): WILL BE GONE,

Most of us don't expect Skype or Net-whatever... We just want a device that fulfills its expectations and doesn't crash like a Windows Millennium.

Hi I know what you are trying to say but rim is oso trying their best in fixing these problem while trying to make bb10 one of the best os and to do that rim actually came out with a OS 2.1 beta already for the developer to fix these bugs. I wish that you will continue supporting rim and wait for the good news.

People tend to be dissatisfied when their wish doesn't come true and with technology we always wish more and more. In my PlayBook I've 100+ apps and keep on using it regularly. I NEVER faced sluggishness in my PlayBook...it's faster then other competitors in the market!! I agree there can be many more things can be done with PlayBook and as henrylee mentioned in the coming release I believe we'll be enjoying more wonderful experience from RIM.

As i said the beta is already out but still have some bugs. I believe the official date of the release will be not long from now because RIM have jest release an update for playbook 4g for developers to use. so i could jest imagine how long more do it require them to officially announced that os
