Hw can I go back to my previous version / software before I had to upgrade

Plug your phone in to your PC and open BlackBerry Desktop Software.  Once your phone has been recognized, click Device at the top of the software then Update.  All versions of software that are available for your device, including versions you've had installed previously, will show up there.  Simply click on an older version and it will load.
